Journey Rejuvenation
This treatment is especially designed to alleviate unnatural stress
on the body and psyche due to prolonged travel. Using a bounty of
essential oils and nourishing clay, this treatment helps you feel
relaxed, hydrated and rejuvented.

OPC Exfoliating & Detoxifying Body Masque
Warm aromatherapy compresses hydrate your body and a light body
brushing is followed with a herbal gel exfoliation. Your body is
then encompassed in clay packed with antioxidants rich in vitamin
complexes. You are then wrapped lightly to encourage bioabsorption
and rejuvenation of both body and spirit.

Aromatherapy Massage & Body Wrap

treatment. A custom aromatherapy massage is followed by warm compresses

Sports Massage
Our therapists utilize their experience in different techniques
to relax you and relieve the symptoms of built up tension in the
muscle tissue. This massage uses a deep heat oil that penetrates
into the body allowing the muscle to relax to a greater level. This
is a moderate to firm massage.

The purchase of a spa treatment includes use of the
adjacent fitness center for the day of treatment.
Not in the habit of working out? That's ok - our fitness
attendants are always more than happy to lend a helping hand. We
offer structured Personal Training Sessions as an added amenity.
To set up an appointment please call at least 24 hours in advance.

Proper workout attire is required to use the facility.

We cannot guarantee requests for male or female therapists,
however we will make every attempt to honor your preference.
Upon entering your treatment room, the therapist will
leave the room so you may undress to your level of comfort. Please
keep in mind our therapists are trained to warmly drape you with
a sheet at all times.
Please feel free to use the dry sauna or steam room
before you receive your massage. It prepares your body to relax
itself to the fullest. Using the sauna after a workout will also
help relax tired muscles.
