Spinning "time-machines" transport Walt Disney World
guests on a thrillosaurus journey to the late Cretaceous period
in Primeval Whirl, a whimsical new coaster attraction in Disney's
Animal Kingdom. Primeval Whirl is an expansion of the recently opened
Chester & Hester's Dino-Rama! area of DinoLand U.S.A. presented
by McDonald's.
Primeval Whirl features 13 colorful cars on two identical
tracks that whirl past flying asteroids and corny depictions of
dinosaurs that spin and pop up along the track. The spinning coaster
takes guests on a wacky time warp back to the prehistoric era on
a twisting track of tight loops and short drops. A meteor shower
sends guests spinning out of control along the track with a final
descent into the gaping jaws of a giant dino fossil.
Each car is free spinning, so you never know how
great or small of a spin you'll be in.
An array of dino-themed games adds fun and nostalgia
to the area. Games include Dino-Whamma, a classic mallet strength
game; Mammoth Marathon, a racing derby; Comet Crasher, a goblet
toss game; Fossil Fueler, a water-squirt game themed to a prehistoric
gas station; and Bronto-Score, a basketball game.

Restrictions
Guests should be in good health and free from motion sickness, back
or neck problems, heart problems, or other conditions that could
be aggravated by this adventure; expectant mothers should not ride;
this is transfer accessible.
Must be 48" or taller to ride.

Reviews
"A great "Crazy Rodent" coaster which spins
and drops you. The wait in line is ranged from 10 - 40 minutes.
First you get in you car with 1,2, or 3 more people, then you take
a 90 degree spin up a lift hill, and then you make a turn into a
spinning 4 foot drop, then one more spinning turn down a steep drop,
and you shoot up another hill (about 40 feet) so fast then you spin
some more and make another drop into the station. This is a must
ride for animal kingdom!!! Go after you ride Kali River Rapids so
