Our caregivers provide one-on-one childcare in the comfort of your hotel or resort room. KNO’s professional staff gives your child the individual attention he or she deserves by playing a variety of fun filled activities that the caregiver brings with them, including toys, games, puzzles, and various arts and crafts.
KNO is not just a babysitting service. We provide a fun, well trained caregiver to entertain your child in the hotel or resort room. We can also accompany your child on and about the resort area or join your family as a mother’s or father’s helper and help out at the area attractions. We also plan and work children’s conventions and have some children’s clubs at select resorts.
All of our caregivers provide a memorable and nurturing atmosphere and have hands on training and childcare experience. We have sitters of every age group, but they must all be at least 18 years old. They are CPR and first aid trained, infant through adult and each applicant is interviewed and undergoes a thorough reference and background check. KNO is licensed and insured.
We take care of children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Certain restrictions apply for any reservations made for children with special needs.

Childcare Reviews

"I just wanted to add something about childcare in the resorts that I recently dealt with. I have a son who is handicapped. He has cerebral palsy and is blind. He is 14, but he is only 3 feet tall and weighs 48 pounds. I also have another son who is 11. I called Kindercare to make reservations for a night in April. I first asked if they dealt with handicapped children. The lady I spoke to told me that they do as long as it doesn't require heavy lifting. Being a nurse myself, I understood her question and explained about the size of my son(whom my 11 year old can pick up). She said that it would be no problem. We went ahead and made the reservation and I began giving her the specifics of both children. When i told her that my son was 14, she said that they didn't take care of kids over 12. I asked if she could make an exception because of my son's circumstances and she said no. Needless to say, I was devastated. I love my son dearly and I am truly looking forward to taking him to disney, but I also wanted a night out. It's hard enough finding a sitter for him at home. I have heard many wonderful things about Kindercare and I just figured that I wouldn't get that free time after all. Then, I got my new Passporter. I thumbed through it looking for the childcare area. I found 3 listings: Kindercare, Fairy Godmothers, and All About Kids. I skipped Kindercare and tried calling Fairy Godmothers, but hung up after 15 minutes of a busy signal. So, I tried All About Kids. I hadn't heard of this one before, but I figured it may be good as it was in the Passporter. I called and the lady I spoke with was very accomodating. She said that there would be no problem with my son as they take kids up to 16 years. Finally! I made reservations on the spot! I am leaving in 3 weeks, but I will definitely fill you in on how they work out. "

"Last April 2000 we used KinderCare for several evenings and one afternoon. They provided the same young woman for each visit which was wonderful. She was very nice and seemed prepared. The kids loved her and bought her a little gift in the end. We even wrote KinderCare about how much we liked her. I was a reluctant mom the first day of babysitting but after that I felt that my kids were in safe hands." Carol Will

"We have used a variety of child care for our three (age 4, 6, and 12) kids while visiting WDW. In room Kindercare, in April 2000, provided an easy arrangement, and even a therapeutic provider for our special needs kids, at the cost of regular childcare. For a low-key evening we put them at the Cubs Den, also in april, where they gave us a beeper and the kids were kept busy, calm, and happy. Then, in August while staying off-property, for a more exciting evening, the 2 youngest and their cousin went to Neverland Club! Individual attention was outstanding, not a mob scene like we experienced back in '93. The adults got to go to Ohannas for an evening in the islands! We would use any of them again, but are considering the Harbor Club for December. Location from DI is a difficulty, since we only leave them for a short time and travel time takes up so much of it. At DI there is no close kid club, so kindercare in-room may win out." Barbara Foster
