Valet parking
Pull up to convenience at the valet parking area at West Side and
Pleasure Island. This service is available for just $6 (gratuity
not included).
Bus
WDW resort guests can hop on one of the complimentary buses
for a trip from the Downtown Disney area back to their hotel.
Boats
Day & night, Disney's Port Orleans resort guests can take complimentary
boat launches to the Downtown Disney Marketplace & back. Check
at the boat launch for specific times.
On Foot
The best way to see what's going down all around the Downtown Disney
area is just to stroll along the scenic walkway that borders it.
Separate admission to Pleasure Island after 7pm
Nighttime's when all eight outrageous clubs throw open the doors
and kick off a wild New Year's Eve street party. If you already
have an Ultimate Park Hopper, admission is included. If you have
a Park Hopper PLUS Pass, you may choose Pleasure Island admission
as an option. After 7pm, you must be 18 or older to enter, unless
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Must be 21 or older to
enter Mannequins Dance Palace and BET Soundstage Club (Thu-Sat).
You must provide valid I.D. which includes one of the following:
US or foreign driver's license, original passport or US military
I.D.
Banking
ATMs are located at House of Blues, Forty Thirst Street, Rock 'n'
Roll Beach Club at Pleasure Island, World of Disney and near Guest
Relations at Downtown Disney Marketplace. Presented by SunTrust
Bank.
Guest Relations
Located at Downtown Disney West Side and Downtown Disney Marketplace,
is headquarters for many offerings from services for Guests with
Disabilities and international guests to ticket upgrades, dining
assistance, and separated guest assistance.
Baby changing/Nursing
Family rest rooms are located in the Downtown Disney Marketplace.
Credit cards - The American
Express card is the Official Card of the Walt Disney World resort.
Traveller's checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, Diners
Club, JCB, and The Disney Credit Card are also accepted (includes
quick dining).
Package pickup - if you are a Walt Disney World Resort hotel
guest, you may choose to have larger items you purchase here delivered
directly to your hotel room, free of charge.

Located at Guest Relations in Downtown Disney West Side and Downtown
Disney Marketplace.
Postage stamps/Disney tickets/TTY
Available at Guest Services . Postage stamps also available at World
of Disney.
Package Delivery
Purchases can be delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort. Ask
about shipping purchases. FedEx is the official express delivery
service of the Walt Disney World Resort.
