"A fun thing to check out when the lines are long
in the middle of the day. It's hot then, and this gets you wet but not

"At times, the fountain just appears to be like any
other regular fountain. But when disturbed, it comes to life! It seems
to enjoy getting people wet, especially kids. Walk on up and say hi!
It was very funny to watch, and I had a hard time trying to figure out
