| How come the tickets are so cheap? We purchase our tickets in large volume under contract from Disney, Universal, etc, so we are able to pass on the savings and sell them at discount rates. Our tickets come with zero gimmicks...you save time and money. |
| Are these the same tickets as I can buy at the park gates? Yes, they are exactly the same, they're not vouchers and you won't have to exchange them for tickets. With our tickets you ring in the savings and walk right in at the gate. Please go to our ticket price page to see a listing of everything we carry. |
| What do I do if I lose my tickets? We make photocopies of all ticket sales that are shipped out and keep them on file. You may be able to claim back unused days if your tickets are lost. |
| The tickets you sent are paper, I thought Disney tickets were plastic? Disney used to have plastic tickets, like credit cards, but have recently changed back to using paper tickets. |
| If I buy my tickets now, will I be able to use them next month /
year? Yes, there is no time limit on when you can use the tickets (with the exception of dinner show tickets). Even if the ticket prices go up you'll be able to use them at the parks without paying extra! Any unused days on Disney Hoppers never expire as well. |
| I've seen tickets advertised cheaper on another site, can you match
this price? Many sites advertise their tickets and either don't include tax or still post outdated prices only to charge you the newer price when you place an order. This is deceptive. All of our prices are shown to include tax, what you see is what you pay! If you do find tickets that are genuinely cheaper, we will offer a better price, just email us. |
| You say your tickets are the cheapest, but the official
Disney World site has tickets available for advanced purchase, and the
4 & 5 day hopper passes are cheaper than yours, how can this be? Our guarentee as stated is for local area competitors only. Disney does not offer or honor its internet prices at the gate, we honor our internet pricing in person. Also all our plus packages are either exclusive or less than Disney prices. Finally, Disney requires you to place your order for internet prices at least 7 days in advance. |
| How much does postage / shipping/ local area resort delivery cost? US priority mail and area resort/hotel delivery cost a flat rate of $4.95. International shipments to Canada are a flat fee of $6.00. International shipments to the UK are a flat fee of $8.00. |

| I've heard a lot of bad stories about ticket sellers and timeshare
deals, is there a catch? The sharks have given the genuine ticket sellers a bad name. You can be assured that there are no catches, you won't have to sit through a timeshare presentation or anything else. Just pay for the tickets and we'll send them straight to you! | What have your customers said about your service? "We just returned home from a wonderful but warm August trip to DisneyWorld with my neice (12) and nephew (14). I can not sing your praises loud enough! My husband and I have Season passes, but I needed Passes for the kids for the 5 day trip. I searched all the site's including Disney, tried all my Discounts (Saason Passholder, Disney Club, ect.) and you still beat their prices! The tickets were waiting at my hotel, I even got a call confirming my hotel reservation while en-route (-since I booked my room with Hotwire the desk attendant didn't have our name before check-in). I purchased ticket lanyards for everyone from Walgreens, and my nephews 5 day Park Pass fell out of his, and was lost somewhere in Epcot on day two. (I would recommend a tape tab or Safety Pin across the top to prevent this in the future) I called Omar at Maple Leaf on my cell phone, certain that I would be buying the boy a new pass, he was able to direct me to the correct desk for assistance there in the park. If Disney had not been able to help us, Omar had already assured me that he would follow up to assist in replacing the lost Park Hopper Pass! In researching for the trip before we left, I checked out several discount offers. Never having tried this method of procuring passes on any of my nine previous visits I was understandably cautious. All such businesses try to look good on the Internet, but it was the personal recommendations included on your site that impressed me most. If this was indeed the lowest price available for passes, it was worth investigating. Upon arrival in Kissimmee on August 16/02, we followed the directions given on Maple Leaf's own site and found the place easily enough. I can't say I had ever noticed 'mile markers' on US 192 before, but there they were. As anyone who has been in the area is aware, there are storefronts and kiosks on every corner and in every fast food outlet, hawking ticket discounts. My caution was still fairly high as we entered, but disappeared almost immediately when I began talking with the owner of Maple Leaf at the counter. He was extremely open and attentive, friendly, and I have to add 'honest'. I had no doubts about doing business with him, and in very short order we had our 5-day ParkHopper passes for what I do believe was the best price in town. Maybe it helped ease my mind that the owner is originally from Canada (hence the 'Maple Leaf' name) and we are also Canadian, in fact from the Atlantic Provinces, as he is. I would like to add my personal recommendation to anyone considering using Maple Leaf for purchasing passes at a substantial saving. These are perfectly genuine, new and legitimate Walt Disney World passes. There are no hidden conditions or timeshare tours involved. The Maple Leaf staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
