Dive into a wonderful world of waterslides using your phone as a helpful guide! With a new program, wireless phone users can now access a site with Disney-inspired wallpapers and updates on Disney Water Parks. As they bask in the Florida weather, guests can chill out at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park or brave the stormy seas at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park with the latest tips and tricks in the palms of your hands.
Thanks to a new Wireless Application Protocol site, or WAP, guests can download images and access Disney Water Parks information!
Using the phone’s digital camera, guests can take a picture of one of the following four Disney Water Park attractions: Crush n’ Gusher or Shark Reef at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, or Toboggan Racers or Summit Plummet at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. When you e-mail that photo to Disney@DSPLASH.com, guests will receive a link to the WAP site. From there, you can download your chosen attraction’s image to the phone as wallpaper and then enjoy everything the site has to offer.
