Advanced Dining Reservations

** Effective immediately, dining reservations can now only be made up to 90 days in advance **

"Advanced Dining Reservations" is the term that Walt Disney World now uses for table service restaurant reservations. It is not a reservation, having a "dining reservation" time at a WDW restaurant does not guarantee that an empty table will waiting for you when you arrive. It means that you will be given the first available table of the type you wish after your arrival.  However, if several other people who have a reservations arrive before you (even if they have a later reservation time), you'll have to wait in line. You should arrive about 5-15 minutes before your ADR time.

This is how far in advance you can make your dining reservations * -

* 90 + 10 day rule for Disney Resort guests
This rule applies for those staying at a Disney Resort-
Guests staying at a Disney owned Resort (excludes Swan, Dolphin and Downtown Disney hotels) can call 90 days before their check-in date and make Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) for up to 10 days after their check-in date.
You will need your resort reservation number in order to do this.
If you cancel your resort reservation, you must call WDW Dining and cancel any ADRs that required credit card deposit.
The old rule of 90 days from each day you want to make ADRs still applies to guests staying at non-Disney owned hotels and offsite hotels.

You can make your reservations by calling 1-407-WDW-DINE (407 939-3463), or by calling CRO on 407 934-7639. You will be given a confirmation number, which you should make a note of & take with you. You can phone 7am-10pm weekdays, and 7am-8pm weekends & holidays.

For popular meals, e.g. Character Breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table you will need to book priority seating on the dot at 7am, 90 days beforehand. More on Cinderella's Royal Table Character Breakfast...

A credit card is needed to secure your PS for the Hoop-Dee-Doo, Polynesian Luau, Victoria & Albert's & California Grill.

Cinderella's Royal Table meals must be fully pre-paid at time of booking for reservations.

UK visitors note - You can phone to book priority seating just the same as anyone in America, it will just cost a bit more! And remember the time difference!  I booked breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table 90 days in advance at 12:00noon GMT (7am EST), even though I phoned at 12noon on the dot, I had to hold for 10-15 minutes, but eventually got through. The call cost just over £3, but was worth it to get the breakfast we wanted.  Don't forget to put 001 in front of the phone number.
