We took a classic to the tropics. One half-pound of the most tender cut of beef,
grilled over beech wood, topped with a jerk-seasoned demi glaze and
melted gouda cheese. Served with a fried garlic yucca cake and fresh vegetables

Sushi grade ahi tuna loin quickly seared on our beech wood grill, served
over our tropical slaw and finished with whipped chimmi churi and

Petit pork tenderloin marinated in Cuban moho, served with a rich
