FAMILY SERVICES
UNIVERSAL Orlando wants to make your family vacation as comfortable and convenient as possible, so we offer these special services for families with small children or other members of the party with essential needs.
Child/Baby Swap Areas
These areas are available at each attraction at each park so parents may take turns watching their child while the other rides. This makes it possible for every guest to enjoy our rides. For further information or instructions, please ask a ride attendant.
Lost Children
Report missing children to the Guest Services Office or contact any attendant for immediate assistance. We will do everything possible to help you find your lost child as quickly as possible.
Nursing Facilities/Companion Restrooms
Nursing facilities and a companion restroom are available at Family Services, located to the left of the Vacation Services area in Universal Studios Florida and at First Aid in Universal Islands of Adventure. Diaper-changing facilities are available at all restrooms.
GUEST SERVICES
Located, as you enter, to the right side of the Main Entrance. A Guest Services Window and an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) are located outside the Main Gate. Guest Services offers:

Dining Assistance
For assistance with special dietary requirements, menus, dining suggestions or any other food and beverage information, please ask at the Guest Services Office, conveniently located inside the main entrance and to the right of the turnstiles. For your convenience Lombard's Landing at Universal Studios Florida and Mythos and Confisco Grille at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure accept reservations. For reservations, please stop by Guest Services at Universal Studios Florida on the day of your visit. At Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, please stop by the Reservation Authority in the Confisco Grille lobby, located at the end of Port of Entry.
Emeril’s Restaraunt Orlando in Universal Studios CityWalk also accepts reservations (407) 224-2424. It is recommended that you make reservations several days in advance in order to assure seating at Emeril’s.
Foreign Language Assistance
Foreign language maps (in French, Japanese, Spanish, German and Portuguese) and assistance for our non-English-speaking visitors are available at the Guest Services Offices of both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, located inside the main entrance and to the right of the turnstiles.
Lost and Found
Guests who have lost possessions at Universal Studios Florida may inquire at the Lost and Found window located to the left of our on-site bank, First Union, or by calling (407) 224-6355. At Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, Lost and Found is located inside the Guest Services Lobby, just to the right of the main entrance turnstiles. IOA Lost & Found may also be reached by calling (407) 224-4245.
GENERAL SERVICES
First Aid
Located at Family Services, near Studio Audience Center. The main Health Services station is located on Canal Street between the New York Street Set and the San Francisco Street Set, right across from Beetlejuice's Graveyard Revue.
Kennel Boarding
Guests can board their pets for the day (no overnight boarding) at the Studio Kennel. Located in the parking structure, boarding costs $10.00* per pet per day and is open for two hours past theme park closing (subject to change without notice). *Prices subject to change without notice. Guests must provide food and return periodically to walk their pet(s). Upon arrival to the parking garage, ask the toll-plaza attendant for directions to the Studio Kennel.
Postal Services
Guest may purchase U.S. postage stamps (from a machine) and deposit mail for the U.S. Postal Service in the locker area near the exit restrooms at Universal Studios Florida. At Universal Studios Islands of Adventure a stamp machine can be found in the Adventure Trading Company gift shop.
Restrooms
Restroom facilities are located throughout each of the theme parks and Universal Studios CityWalk. All restrooms have wheelchair-accessible facilities. Universal Studios Escape provides diaper-changing areas in both the men's and women's restrooms in the theme parks. A companion restroom is available at Family Services at Universal Studios Florida. At Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, a companion restroom is available at both First Aid locations.
Telephones
Telephones are conveniently located throughout the theme parks near the restrooms and next to the main entrance and exit turnstiles. At CityWalk, you can find telephones next to the Guest Services Window and near the main public restrooms. For our guests with hearing impairments, Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf (TDDs) are located at the Guest Services Office and Health Services. Pay telephones with amplification devices are located throughout each of the parks and CityWalk.
Child switch
Parties with a small child may take advantage of the child switch program. This allows one member of the party to watch over the child while the rest of the party waits, rides, then changes places so they may enjoy the ride as well.
RENTALS
Stroller and Wheelchair Rentals
Guests can rent strollers, wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) upon entrance to both parks and to the left side of each park's entrance. Manual wheelchairs are also available at the Rotunda area of the parking structure. Due to limited numbers, please note that ECV rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be operated by a single person 18 years of age or older.

The rental fees are:
Wheelchairs $12.00* per day + a $50.00 deposit and a signed rental contract
Strollers $10.00* per day
Double Strollers: $16.00* per day
Electronic Convenience Vehicles: $40.00* per day + a $50.00 deposit and a signed rental contrract

Lockers
Lockers are available within each of the parks for guest rental at a nominal fee of $8 per day, with family size lockers available at Universal Studios Florida for $10.00 per day.
Guests have unlimited access to these lockers all day. The rental location is at the Stroller and Wheelchair rental near the entrance of Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Islands of Adventure.
Additionally, at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, lockers are available at the entrance of the following attractions: Incredible Hulk Coaster, Dueling Dragons Coasters, Jurassic Park River Adventure. There is a nominal fee of $2.00 per hour with a $14.00 per day maximum. The lockers at the Incredible Hulk Coaster and the Dueling Dragons Coasters are free for at least the first 45 minutes (time may vary - check with the individual attractions for specific length of time).

DRESS CODE
Casual attire is most appropriate. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. When riding Dueling Dragons, The Incredible Hulk Coaster and Jurassic Park River Adventure, you must secure all loose articles (sunglasses, cameras, hats) in the lockers provided adjacent to those specific attractions, or leave them with a non-rider. You may not leave them at the load area of the attraction or carry them onto the ride. For the convenience of everyone, no smoking is allowed inside either or the park’s attraction or waiting areas.

Same Day Re-admission and Multi-Park Passes
For same day re-admission, you must have your Park Pass and hand stamped upon exiting the Park. Upon re-entry use the specially designated turnstile. When using your Multi-Park Escape Pass you must have your hand stamped upon exiting the first Park and present your Escape Pass and stamp at the second Park.
Ticket Upgrades
For a great entertainment value, upgrade your pass on the day of your visit to one of our substantially discounted 2 or 3-Day Escape Pass or Celebrity Annual Pass. Inquire at Guest Services.
