Back to the Future...The Ride

Facts/History
The set for the ride uses 300 speakers, 20 laser disc players and 50 miles of electrical wire.
The ride's film is projected onto two 80-foot tall OMNIMAX® projection screens.
Twenty-four specially built flight simulators in the shape of DeLoreans were installed to blast through time at record speed.

Elaborate, hand-designed and painted miniatures were created exclusively to shoot the film portion of the attraction, which took two years to make and cost as much as a feature film.

Reviews

"I am a big fan of DeLoreans and back to the future is my favourite movie, the ride I thought: the queue was to long but it did add on to the exitment. On the elevators I loved the unique toutch of having a hover board in the viewing case in the wall. On some rides I can get pritty scared but this ride is my best ride in the whole park. The story was great and having an extra DeLorean that Biff steals. The only thing I thought could have happened, was that the ride could have been longer but I would say that...All in all the ride took my breath away!!!" (11/02) Troy Knight
