Earthquake: The Big One, a quaking, shaking, seismic sensation,
puts visitors right into the center of one of the most shattering disaster
films in movie history. Based on the Academy Award-winning film, the
attraction introduces visitors to the world of special effects and then
invites them to experience an 8.3 Richter Scale quake from the seeming
comfort of a San Francisco subway train. Fiery explosions, crashing
trains, tumbling walls and tidal waves engulf visitors in an experience
so real, guests still quake after seeing how the magic is created.

The ride creates all of the visual effects of an earthquake and resets them every two minutes.

Tips
Seats on the end of a row offer the best views.
People sat on the right of the train will get wet from the flood. The
tank explosion is best seen by those sat on the left of the train.
